The Courtesy Crew is a group of outgoing, energetic, fun-loving people who provide excellent customer service at Mid-Continent Airport. You will find them walking throughout the concourses and terminal area searching for people who may need information, directions, and assistance. The Courtesy Crew provides a human dimension that you won’t find in larger airports.
Their shifts run from 5:30 in the morning to 11:30 at night, providing coverage for the early morning rush of departures, all those late night arrivals, and during the busy times of the day.
